From our Citation Maker contractor at the iSchool:

 

"I would like to make you all aware that Citation Maker is experiencing some
technical issues in its functionality and coding. Specifically, some forms are
not creating citations. I am putting all my attention on this task. I've
received a good deal of quality troubleshooting data and feedback from users
which has helped me pinpoint the problem space. I will send another announcement
as soon as I think I've solved the problem. Hopefully soon!
