Happy Monday.
As Oregon school library staff, you will soon receive a large postcard with ideas to maximize use of the OSLIS resources. Each library will receive either an elementary or secondary postcard, or both, depending on the grades your school serves. Please take time to read it.
Within a couple of weeks, I will post, to the OASL and OSLIST listservs, links to PDF versions of the postcards. There will also be PDFs of modified versions for several secondary subject areas. The follow-up email will also include sample text for you to use when forwarding postcards to teachers. Our goal is to make it easy to spread the word about OSLIS to your staff.
Remember that there are more OSLIS promotional resources that you can share in the OSLIS digital repository (shortened URL, original URL).
If you need your Gale login or need to register your IP addresses for automatic access to Gale from school computers, please contact me. Login information for the information literacy eBooks and LearningExpress Library is in the document called "OSLIS, Gale, and LEL" in the OSLIS digital repository.
Thanks,
Jen
