As part of the OSLIS grant, we need to collect data about grant outcomes. This year we are focusing on Citation Maker. We have two versions of a short survey -- one for your 4th-12th grade students to take and one for teachers/school library staff. 

Please share this email with teachers in your building/s who use Citation Maker with their 4th-12th grade students. Ask them to fill out the staff survey and to encourage their students to take the student survey. The same applies to you if you use Citation Maker with your students. The surveys should take 10 minutes or less to complete. 

When sharing the survey with students, please reassure them that identifying information (like school name) will not be published anywhere and that you trust the group conducting the survey. Also, please read the opening page of the student survey to students to make sure they all have the same information before starting. 

Only take the survey if you or students have used Citation Maker between Thanksgiving 2016 and now.

The survey will remain open through Friday, April 28th.
