Hi Folks,
Since last Wednesday, library staff from three school districts have reported an issue when using the Gale databases. Users can access their Gale database of choice – often an In Context product – and can do a search. However, when some users click on an article, they receive an error message indicating that the resource cannot be found. I have asked Gale staff to investigate this situation. In the meantime, if you run across the problem, try clearing the browser cache. That has resolved the issue so far. Clearing the cache is an easy process, but it varies depending on the browser.
***Update from Gale staff: After clearing the cache, close the browser and then reopen it.***
